He is to thank Prince Frederic for his offer to send [Hessian] troops to Britain. Trevor is negotiating with the states [general] regarding reinforcements. Departure of the yachts for Holland. Dated (OS) at Whitehall. PS. that he encloses a copy of a letter from Cope. ff. 225-227
