Reports the intention to send 30 pardoned convicts to England on the Diligence under the charge of mate in charge of the Tenedos G Thompson and Convict Guard C O'Connor. Encloses a list of the convicts showing their names, ages, kind of infirmity, and remarks. Also includes further information on convicts named Thomas Hackett, Peter Morrison and Lindsay Williams who were said to be 'maniacs'.
