Draft letter from the Poor Law Commissioners to John Harrop, Clerk to the Guardians of the Manchester Union acknowledging receipt of a letter of 22 August concerning the map of Bradford and advice from the Tithe Commission that the map had not previously been examined or passed by them as a 'First Class Map' and that the map and reference were not acceptable in their present state for the purposes of valuation.
