Folio 230. Draft letter from C N Dalton, Assistant Secretary to the Local Government Board, to W H Forester, Hoveringham, Nottingham [Southwell Union], referring to his letter of 19 April 1895 regarding road side grazing. The Board talk about the authority of the persons who have power over road side herbage, and these should be referred to in terms of each road under enclosure awards and regarding individual rights. The Board could not give an opinion in such cases.
