Folios 221-223. Draft letter from S B Provis, Assistant Secretary to the Local Government Board, to John Kirkland, Clerk to the Southwell Rural District Council, referring to his letter of 17 May 1895, and forwarding seven copies of the Board's model byelaws [not included]. It encloses a circular [not included] indicating how alterations should be made. The Board also recommend a series of model byelaws published by Messrs Knight and Co., 90 Fleet Street, London, which could help in the drafting of byelaws.
[There is no folio 222 in this volume].
