Folio 210. Draft letter from A D Adrian [Alfred D Adrian], Assistant Secretary to the Local Government Board, to John Kirkland, Clerk to the Southwell Rural District Council, that having considered the 1894 report of the medical officer of health, the Board enquire what action the Rural District Council are to take about sewerage at Southwell, Lowdham and Epperstone. Also, how things stand with the question of making bye-laws for new buildings.
Annotated: 'Letter not sent', no correspondence on Epperstone. Send as altered in red.
