Folios 183-185. Letter from William Wright, Chairman of Southwell Rural District Council, Fiskerton Manor, to the Local Government Board. It is headed 'Parish Council Act 1894. Management of Allotments'. He asks for the Board to inform him (as the chairman of a parish council) what persons are eligible as tenants of allotments. He discusses cases of persons who already occupy land of 4 acres or more and asks if they are eligible, to what extent. There is also a discussion of payments of rents.
Annotated to look for precedents - Liskeard and Skirlaugh are mentioned.
