Folio 177. A telegram from Melton Mowbray Post Office from Adamson, Epperstone, to the Local Government Board, stating that Diphtheria has broken out in the worst part of Epperstone. He wants to know what is being done regarding drainage in the Southwell Union.
Annotated to acknowledge, but say the Board has no powers to compel the Rural Sanitary Authority to take immediate action.
