Letter from John Kirkland, Clerk to the Southwell Rural Sanitary Authority of the Southwell Union, to the Local Government Board, referring to letter of 30 May 1894 and informing the Board that a resolution was passed at the Rural Sanitary Authority meeting on 21 September 1894 which unanimously accepted that Walter Cottam be re-appointed Inspector of Nuisances at £83 for 1 year from 29 September 1894. Asks for sanction by the Board.
