Description

Acknowledges receipt of the Secretary of States' despatch No 44 of 3 June informing him that the dormant commission of Mr Keens, empowering him to administer the Government of Tobago in the absence of the Lieutenant Governor, ceased to be valid after the revocation of Governor Walker's commission. Submits his observations on the matter.
