Description

Dr Beauperthuys' cure of leprosy. States that Dr Bakewell, Medical Officer of the Health Department, has requested him to communicate his opinion on the proposal for giving a trial on an extensive scale to Dr Beauperthuys's cure of leprosy. Submits his opinion as to that part of his scheme, which relates to establishing a hospital for the experiment at Barbados.
