Description

Governor's Fees, St Vincent. Reports that the Legislature of St Vincent passed an Act in October 1865 and that the Act provides that, upon Lieutenant Governor Berkeley vacating his office, the fees payable to his successor will be paid into the Treasury and applied to the public use.
