Constitution of a new Molehead Board. Reports that the Board was constituted on 18 April, as required by Act 12, and prepared an estimate of the monies which it will require for proceeding immediately to business. Hopes that the Assembly will be prepared to vote this at its next meeting on 26 April. Submits the list of the Members of the Board.
