Rough drafts of the rule books of the Court of King's Bench, arranged like them in chronological order under precise day headings.
They exhibit normal characteristics of drafts, including alterations and omission of some common form. They include some notices of days given, recognisances and taxation of fines which are not in the Rule Books. Both series give the name of the master on whose motion the order was made.
The books covering 1856 to 1865 were missing until 2009; they are listed out of order at pieces KB 36/646-693.
