Description

Complains of the conduct of the Assembly in requiring the attendance of the special magistrates without paying their expenses and in several cases not requiring their evidence, and asks if the House of Assembly is so empowered. Also asks if the Assembly may administer oaths to witnesses and appropriate money without the agreement of the governor and Council.
