Description

Forwards printed copy of an address by Mr Horatio Stubbs, elective member of Council and private in the Royal Volunteer Corps, describing the advantages of the Corps and the proposed addition of a volunteer fire brigade and a reading room. Requests that Mr Graham, captain of No 1 Company, be enabled to spend some time at Hythe for instruction in musketry during his period of leave in England. Turks Islands No 23, folios 398-407
