Lansdowne to Dartmouth: he has written to the Admiralty that the ships escorting the westbound convoy should take with it some transports with a regiment of foot from Kinsale to the Leeward Islands and bring another back with them. He encloses the answer. Ormond has already ordered the regiment to Kinsale, and the convoy is ready to sail.
