Lansdowne to Dartmouth: a regiment of foot is to be embarked at Kinsale to relieve Colonel Alexander's regiment in the Leeward Islands. The commissioners of transportation can only take up shipping in the Thames, and he asks Dartmouth to arrange for the commissioners for victualling to put on board provisions etc. Dated at Whitehall.
