Lansdowne to Dartmouth: the regiments of Colonels Windress and Kane having been ordered to garrison Inverlochry and Portsmouth, their colonels have asked for arms from the ordnance stores to replace those lost at sea. He encloses a memorial from them.
Memorials (114I, 145} of Colonels Windress and Kane for the replacement of arms lost in the shipwreck in the St Lawrence River.
