Court of King's Bench: Crown Side: Outlawry Proceedings
Date

1739-1834

Description

A series containing two files of outlawry proceedings, 1806 to 1834; some loose material, much of which probably belongs to the second of the two outlawry files; and a file of writs mainly of venire facias and habeas corpus, directed to the sheriff of Middlesex, a few of which eventually resulted in outlawry, for 1739, which has no apparent connection with the other contents of the box. The outlawry proceedings consist mainly of writs of capias and exigi facias with their returns.
