Acknowledges receipt of Orders in Council approving Act 'to repeal several Acts and clauses of Acts respecting Slaves, etc', and Act 'for the encouragement of Baptisms and Marriages amongst the Slaves, and for the due observance of the Lord's day'. He has also received an Order in Council disallowing the Alien Act, and two others allowing another two Acts [unnamed] to be left to their operation.
