Report of R J Chambers of Union Hall concerning an allegation that a person named Crisp, 'a sort of attorney about this office', had been charging £2 for collecting evidence and drawing up a petition; however, Crisp had not been charged with any offence. The complaint was made by a 'troublesome political coffee shop keeper' called Whittaker. Folios 343-344.
