Report of Thomas Harrison on John Kelly alias John Rogers, convicted at the 'Horsemonger Lane' Sessions [Surrey] on 4 June 1822 for the theft of a shawl from Harriet Davies on 1 June 1822. Initial sentence: not given. Recommendation: speaks strongly against mercy. Annotated: '3 July 1822, pardon H H' [Henry Hobhouse]. Folios 341-342.
