Description

1 individual petition (the prisoner) on behalf of William Green convicted with Timothy Eveningham at Bradford, Yorkshire 'of an offence' on 17 July 1806 [it is unclear if this is the date of the conviction or the date the offence took place]. Grounds for clemency: Eveningham has been pardoned and the Captain of the Captivity hulk has taken against him, which has delayed his pardon. Annotated: 'stands upon the books as character bad'. Folios 71-72.
