A printed form with comments and data from G E Kirkland, Clerk to the Southwell Union, to the Local Government Board, regarding the proposed appointment of the public vaccinator to Lowdham District. This includes the parishes of Thurgarton, Hoveringham, Caythorpe, Bulcote, Gunthorpe, Lowdham, Oxton, Epperstone, Gonaldstone and Bleasby. Also includes fees for Robert Kingdom Ellis, public vaccinator. Signed G E Kirkland 25 May 1899.
