Acknowledges the receipt of despatch respecting the expenditure likely to be incurred in retaining the services of a geologist who has specialized in finding water not only for irrigation, but also for domestic purposes. The Governor also indicates that the estimates for 1921-22 will contain provision for engaging the services of a geologist with such qualifications. He hopes that the selection of a geologist can be made as soon as the Estimates shall have been passed.
