Release; (i) Timothy Rhodes Cobb of Banbury, banker and Edward Cobb of Banbury, banker, sons of Timothy Cubb late of Banbury by Ann his wife; (ii) John North Wickins of Boulton on Wakes Glos, gent. and Anne Eliza late Cobb, Sarah Cobb spinster, Abel Peyton Esq of Birmingham and Elizabeth his wife late Cobb, [Wives are three dau of Timothy Cobb by Ann; (iii) John Taylor of James Street Chelsea, carpenter; (iv) George Charles Talbot of Godfrey Street Chelsea, gent; Consideration £48 piece of ground on NW side of road or way from Batt. church to Batt. Bridge; on SE on by said road; on SW by a road leading therefrom on NW side by tenements lately belonging to the several parties of the 1st and 2nd part lately agreed to be sold to Robert Andrews; on NW by a messuage or tenement and ground lately the property of parties of first and second part and agreed to be sold to John Packer and three messuages occupied by [ ] Mitchell, [ ] Skilwell and [ ] Taylor. and ten shillings annual, part of reserved rent of £10 as in indenture of lease 20 Sept 1819.
