Lease by "Hugo fil Willi de Sprouston" to "Simon Abbi see Werb'ge Cestr" and the convent of the same place of all his part of the water of Davene and space for a mill and mill pool wheresoever should to him seem fit between the Vills of Sprouston and Leghes with liberty of cutting turf on his soil and timber in his wood of Sprouston for the construction and repair of the said Mill and pool and licence to convey the same through Sprouston - for 60 years.
