Transf MGC 15/2/16; prom Lt 1/7/17 served BEF in F&F, Greece & Egypt and died at Port Said Hospital 14/11/17 of wounds rec in action at Gaza on 7/11/17. An Officer wrote…."he died a brave soldier's death, knowing no fear, and had not a single enemy. He was specialy mentioned and the MC would have been his, had he lived…..". Unmarried
