Recital of mortgage of 24 and 25 March 1817 (SRO 2496/27- and codicil 12 Sept 1819)
Will of Bowman dated 17 November 1818, (he died 22 Sept 1819; Valentine Vickers party has paid off the mortgage and Valentine Vickers the elder died 2 August 1821 leaving will dated 6 November 1820 devising all real estate to his grandson
