Release of a capital messuage in Acton Reynold and demesne lands in parishes of Shawbury and Moreton Corbet, great tithes except on a messuage and lands sold to John Minor of Woodstile gentleman and except on Minor's freehold and leasehold lands;

All which property was left by will of John Corbet dated 7 April 1759 to John Mytton and Robert Piggott Esqres (both since deceased) and to Barbara Letitia his wife as trustees, and came to his son John Corbet Esq. who in his will dated 1 March 1777 appointed the Earl of Stamford and others as trustees, John Corbet the elder died 16 September 1759, and John Corbet his son died in October 1783 without issue.
