(i) Richard Baker and James Milner, gents., bailiffs of Bridgnorth, co. Salop., and burgesses.

(ii) Capel Leigh of Pontipool [Pont y Pool] Park, co. Mon., esq., surviving trustee in marriage settlement of Charles Hanbury Tracy of Toddington, co. Glos., esq. and Henrietta Susannah, his wife.

(iii) Charles Hanbury Tracy of Toddington, and Henrietta Susannah, his wife.

(iv) John Jacob Smith of Bridgnorth, gent., and John Walton of the same, gent., attorneys of (i).

(v) John Wormington of Bridgnorth, gent., and Thomas Blakeway Roberts of Bridgnorth, auctioneer, attorneys of (ii) and (iii).

(i) to (ii) : 47 sq. yards on north side of the Back way leading from the Castle Gate to the Castle Hill walk in Bridgnorth (abuttals given), and 71 sq. yards at the bottom of the Underhill Street or Cartway in Bridgnorth (abuttals given) and 23 sq. yards nearly opposite the Castle Gate in Bridgnorth (with abuttals); 302 sq. yards near the top of the new road in Bridgnorth; 236 sq. yards near the Old Tower, part of garden belonging to (iii) in Bridgnorth. (abuttals given); (ii) by direction of (iii) to (i) :

121 sq. yards at the top of the New Road in Bridgnorth (abuttals given).

Cave called Rowlands Cave near bottom of a passage called the Stoneway leading from the High Town in Bridgnorth to the west end of bridge over R.Severn, and passage leading from street to the cave.

(iv) and (v) appointed attorneys of (i) and (ii) and (iii) resp. to take possession.

Consid.: £70 from (iii) to (i) to equalise exchange.
