Lease by Richard Jesson, Thomas Chambers, Vincent Hewit, John Million and John Browne (Weavers' Co. feoffees) to Phineas White (of Coventry, gent.) of Weavers' Meadow (described as PA 100/24/10's tenth recital) occupied by Richard Parnell, tyler (bounded south by the Sherbourne, north by a lane, and adjoining St. James' Chapel); and of a close at Meriden (3a.) at the foot of Meriden Hill (bounded on the south by the Coventry road) with the cottage thereon, Lowes Croft (3a.) one day wathe in Mill Meadow, and land in Blythe Meadow (all the Meriden land being held by John Halsey, gent.): all from 29th. Sept., 1632 for 21 years at a rent of 6d. p.a.; the premises (worth £9 p.a.) will be repaired by the lessee.
