Parties 1) Mary Hopcraft of Buckingham, Bucks, widow. 2a) William Robert Carey of Market Sq, Buckingham, Bucks, fishmonger. 2b) Albert Ernest Mace of Chipping Norton, solicitor. Property: Messuage on north side of New Street, Chipping Norton, and cottage on the east side of the messuage . Recites that Robert Hopcraft died 13 September 1885 at Market Sq, Buckingham, having by his will dated 6 October 1873 devised his estate to 1. (his wife) The will was proved 18 December 1885. Recites that John Henry Beere one of the executors died 6 July 1887 without having intermeddled with the estate. Recites that Michael George Carey paid 1. all principal and interest due on mortbgafe dated 12/Jun/1873 but no reconveyance was executed. Michael George Carey died 1 May 1911 having by his will dated 6 April 1911, whereby he appointed 2. as his executors who proved the will 1 August 1911. Now, in consideration of all principal and interest due on the mortgage, 1. reconveys the premises to 2.
