From (a) John Gates of Wick in Lyminster, brickmaker, and Sarah, his wife (formerly Sarah Ede, widow) to (b) Robert Edwin Roberts of Arundel, grocer, and Charles Sadler of Arundel, solicitor's clerk, under their marriage settlement, 27 April 1881, by which a dwellinghouse (no. 69, Montague Street, Worthing) was conveyed to (b) upon trust.
With certificate, 22 [sic] Nov. 1882, of commissioners for acknowledging deeds by married women.
