3. Charles Fewtrell of Worcester mercer, only son and heir of John Fewtrell
Consideration: £125.18.4. which with money already paid completes a legacy of £800 left by John Fewtrell in his will dated 25th December 1757 to his daughter Mary in lieu of another legacy from her grandmother Mary Goodere
Quitclaim for the legacy charged on John Fewtrell's estates in the parishes of St. Leonard and St. Mary Magdalen, Bridgnorth, and in Scrivens Middleton, (Thomas Adney of Bridgnorth surgeon and apothecary, Thomas Gittin and John Brooke of Bridgnorth gentleman being the executors of the will)
