The Lodge of Fortitude and Perseverance was established and named in 1770 and met at The Fox, South Street, Epsom, Surrey. In 1774 the lodge moved to the Spread Eagle Inn, High Street, Epsom but by 1793 they had returned to The Fox. The lodge was erased in 1800.
