From Southampton, nok Sarah Spaul,unknown religion, hereditary condition, has been in asylum before and her mother died in the asylum, thought to be dangerous, sullen, thinks she is writing to her dead mother, hides knives about her person, obstinate, will not give account of herself, passionate but will not employ herself, runs about singing and shouting.
