Mortgage by demise, from William Parry of Llysfasi, co. Denbigh, gent., to Hugh Lloyd of Berth, co. Denbigh, gent., of a messuage and tenement in the parish of Evenechtyd, with lands commonly called Cae Crwnissa, y Llwyn, y Cae Crwn, y Cae eithin perllan, y Cae gwynarwern, Cae skybor, y weirglodd, and yr Erwlas, a messuage in the parish of Llanynnys, co. Denbigh, known as the Cross Keys, lands in Evenechtyd, commonly called y ddualt, Cae Cwmbryd ucha, Cae Cwmbryd issa, Cae mawr, Erw pistill and Bryn yr rhose, and a messuage and tenement in Evenechtyd called Galtegoa.
