Lever Brothers Limited Memorandum from Mr McLean, Port Sunlight to Mr L.V. Fildes, Lever House mentioning a Trustees meeting to be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Lever House. In preparation, the Minute book, Agenda book, Attendence book, certificates and register sheet will be sent up to Port Sunight by the Registrar's Department. Mr McLean also confirms that is it intended that Sir Herbert Morgan and Mr Pearson should be asked if they are willing to act as Trustees under Clause 10 of the Deed. It is confirmed that Directors of Lever Brothers Limited who worked with Associated Companies will not be asked to act as Trustees e.g. Mr C.L. Baker and the late Major Cook. 22 February 1926
