(a) William Best of Brighton, musician; (b) Betsey Boniface of Eastergate, spinster; (c) George Field of Chichester, miller, and John Murrell, jnr., of Eastergate, farmer.
The parties agree that (c) will remain entitled, upon trust, to £900, due upon bond, 16 April 1812, from John and George Boniface of Eastergate, yeomen.
With letter, 2 March 1852, from Lucy Best at 63, North Lane, Brighton, to Mr. Holmes at Arundel.
