Messuage, with backside belonging thereto, containing 11 roods in length and 4½ roods in breadth, in Sompting, adjoining to the highway on the N., to a field in the possession of Thomas Burry on the W., to a field of (a) on the S., and to a house of Edward Astings on the E. Together with all commons, common of pasture, underwoods - etc., belonging thereto
Recites: That the said property was formerly the estate of William Virgoe of Sompting, decd., and was settled by him on John Virgoe and Elizabeth Billinghurst on their marriage
Witnesses: William Marshall, clerk to Mr. Sturgeon, and Mary Figg
