Hugh Cleyton binds himself in £40 payable at the feast of the Annunciation next following, to abide by the award of Perys Legh the elder Esq, Lawrance Warren Esq, Robert Huyde Esq, and Thomas Lewyns clerk, arbitrators in a dispute concerning interest and title claimed by Hugh Cleyton by virtue of a Lease for term of 30 years at customary rent in a certain "fermehold or tenement cald Whitefeld lyeing within the parisshe of Preatbury parcell of the hereditamentes of the said Roger"; the award of the arbitrators to be made in writing by the feast of St.Chad next following.
