Two copies of a schedule of deeds (1848) relating to a house in Spencer Street, Leamington Priors, commencing with indentures of lease and release, dated 28 and 29 September 1836, between William Russell of Leamington Priors, gent., of the first part, John Russell of the same, innkeeper, of the second part, John Gould of Leamington Priors, plumber, of the third part, and John Twanley of Warwick, wine-merchant, of the fourth part; and ending with an indenture, dated 14 April 1847, between William Crowther of the first part, Samuel James Ashwin and Ann his wife of the second part, John Gould of the third part, and Henry Best Sowden of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., of the fourth part.
