John Williams for £26. 13s. 4½d.: John Webb esq., dr. to John Williams for plaisterers work done at the Red Horse in Warwick - rendring on brick in back garret, closet and passage at 1½d. per yard, 38 yards, 6 ft., 4s. 10d.; ditto on lath at 2½d. per yard, 51 yards, 3 ft., 10s. 10d.; similar detail for garret and closet over kitchen, garret over hall, garret over best parlour, double garrets, gallery and staircase, pantry and scullery, cellar stairs, chamber over little parlour (stairs and passage) 262 ft. of cornice at 5d. per ft., £5. 9s. 2d. etc. The bill was reduced by £24. 13s. 6d. paid at different times from 7 Dec. 1764 - 5 Aug. 1765, leaving balance of £1. 6s. now received.
