Bargain and sale and feoffment by 1) to 2) of the following premises

Three oxgangs of arable land, meadow and pasture in the fields and territories of Middleton and Kiplingcotes; 2 oxgangs are now in possession of 2) and the other in occupation of 1); One little close at the W. end of Middleton in the tenure or occupation of 1)

To have and to hold the 2 oxgangs and close to 1) and the other oxgang to 2) & Phillipp Wittie s. of 2)
