He gives all his property in the parish of Wrockwardine to his eldest son Thomas Campbell Eyton for life and after his death to his eldest grandson Thomas Slaney Eyton for life, and after to his heirs male, in default to his 2nd grandson Robert Henry Eyton for life, remainder to his heirs male, in default of his 3rd grandson William Campbell Eyton for life, remainder to his heirs male, in default to testator's right heirs.
He gives each of his two younger sons Charles James Eyton and William Archibald Eyton £1000 a piece in addition to their portions; after payment of debts and funeral expenses he bequeaths the residue of his personal estate to his eldest son and appoints him sole executor. Witnesses: Richard Edwards, John Edwards Copy attested Henry Morris and James Tasker, clerks to Messrs. Loxdale and Peele, solicitors, Shrewsbury.
