Summons to appoint trustees (named) of the said settlement for the purposes of the Settled Land Act, 1882. Summons taken out by Travers Smith & Braithwaite, 25 Throgmorton St., City of London, solicitors, for the applicant Gilbert Henry, Lord Aveland, tenant for life of said estates under said will to William Cooper, John Moyer Heathcote & Christopher Sykes.
