Edmond Pateshall: (tenant to the precipe) demandant.

William Travers, defendant.

Timothy Seymour: common vouchee.

One messuage, one dovecot, 3 gardens, 90 acres of land 30 acres of meadow, 50 acres and 20 acres of heath, 10 acres of marsh and common of pasture, in the town of Shrewsbury in the parish of St. Chadd in the town.

Travers appointed Leonard Piddocke and William Hawkins his attornies, and Seymour appoints John Rickards his attorney.

Seal, chipped, in metal skippet.
