Jurors: Edward earl of Derby lord Stanley, steward; William Radclyff Esq, deputy steward; Lawrence Downes; John Birkheued of Crowston; Roger Bothe; Nicholas Addeshed; John Orme. Pledge for Fine; John Cut.

Surrender and quitclaim of all Thomas Downes's right and interest in lands and tenements now occupied by John Greues in Surron within the forest of Macc', the inheritance of Roger Dounes, which Roger Dounes the father of Thomas Downes and grandfather of party 2 surrendered in this court of Macc' to the use of Thomas for term of his life; and Admittance of Roger Downes (Fine not specified).
